The free-tier data-use terms are not yet published. Free-tier session capture stays off until they are, and nothing from earlier sessions is captured when they take effect.
What the terms will cover.
Which new free-tier coding sessions are captured after you accept the terms, what is always excluded (hidden model reasoning, media, secrets and credentials), how long captured data is kept, and your privacy rights. Picasso does not sell your data.
Modes that are never captured.
Sessions that use your own provider keys or a local model are not captured.
